Connor Flynn

Physiotherapist

Being involved in sports to a high level throughout my life, I’ve regularly seen people wearing their injuries as a badge of honour rather than getting them seen to and reaching their full potential. This always struck me as a little backwards. By definition, peak health and performance should be injury-free.

Before qualifying as a physiotherapist, I worked as a personal trainer for ten years and gained a qualification in strength and conditioning. As a physio I combine my experience with sports massage and sports psychology to change this mindset, helping people through

recovery and supporting them to achieve their goals whilst minimising the risk of injury.

Over the years I’ve worked with elite athletes in MMA, basketball, weightlifting, climbing, gymnastics and rugby. But it doesn’t matter at what level someone is participating in their chosen activity, helping them get back to what they love makes me so happy. I have no desire

to string people on for months for nonsense physio, I want to fix your problem, make it a strength, and see you succeed.
