David Forster

Podiatrist & Co-Founder

I studied Podiatry at Salford University. After qualifying in 2004, I took up a role as a Podiatrist for Wirral NHS Community Trust where I still practice several days a week.

In addition to treating everyday foot care concerns, I've completed post-graduate qualifications in clinical biomechanics. Focusing on the movement and interaction of the joints, bones and muscles in your feet and lower limbs, I'm one of the only specialists in the local area, allowing Footcare in the Square to treat dysfunction related to walking or running through gait analysis, orthotics (if required) and rehabilitation.

As a podiatrist, I greatly value the opportunity to help people stay active and enjoy life, and it’s important to me too. Outside of work my feet are happiest in the great outdoors, pedalling a bike, hiking a mountain or tackling a triathlon, often in the company of my dog’s four paws.
